Jason Brody’s tropical holiday becomes a nightmare when pirates capture his friends and strand him on the dangerous Rook Islands. Forced to become a survivor, Jason joins the local Rakyat resistance and enters a violent conflict with pirate leader Vaas Montenegro while searching for a way to rescue everyone he came with.

Far Cry 3 for PlayStation 3 combines open-world exploration with first-person combat, hunting and character progression.
