Description
Daxter on PSP is a standalone Jak & Daxter spin-off set during the time gap at the start of Jak II, following Daxter’s solo hustle while Jak is imprisoned. The core is classic platforming—double jumps, ledge grabs, ziplines, vehicles, and mission portals—backed by satisfying combat built around an eco-powered bug-swatter and later upgrades like a spray tank with extra functions. The tone is peak Daxter: quick jokes, expressive animation, and that bright, punchy PS2-era spirit squeezed into a handheld showcase. It’s also packed with variety, including optional “Dream” sequences that play like movie-parody mini-games, helping the campaign feel bigger than a straight line of levels.
