Description
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars on PSP takes the acclaimed DS original and reshapes it for Sony’s handheld strengths. Visually, it moves away from the DS look into updated, more “classic” GTA-style graphics, while keeping the same punchy overhead perspective and comic-like story presentation. The Triad-focused plot follows Huang Lee through betrayal, family politics, and citywide crime, backed by the game’s signature money-maker: a surprisingly deep drug dealing economy that rewards smart routes and risk management. PSP also adapts the DS touchscreen interactions into button/QTE-style minigames, and it adds PSP-specific extras including additional missions and exclusive radio stations; it even features a PSP-only side character, Melanie Mallard, with her own mission content. Multiplayer is included, but it’s streamlined to 2 players on PSP.
