Description
The PSP version of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 is its own game, not a handheld copy of the PS3/360 release—complete with a new story and setting built specifically for portable play.
Here, you’re basically a networked one-man army: call in an overhead drone, drop explosives, request artillery support, and push through linear mission objectives across jungles, towns, and bases. What’s missing is important: no squad/vehicle commanding, so it trades console tactics for forward-driving action.
You can play in first-person or third-person view, and there’s two-player co-op for the campaign—but notably no competitive multiplayer suite on PSP.
If you want a PSP shooter with lots of gadgets, solid mission variety, and that mid-2000s Tom Clancy vibe (minus the full squad-control layer), this is the handheld take.
