Clarice travels around the world in her small car with a wonderfully unusual objective: drive across every section of road and paint it a different colour. Police vehicles constantly attempt to stop the journey, while cats and other hazards turn each city into a surprisingly chaotic driving challenge.
City Connection for NES adapts Jaleco’s arcade game into a compact action experience mixing driving, platform-style movement and score chasing. The car automatically moves forward while players jump between road levels, collect oil cans and cover every unpainted section. Changing international backdrops and increasingly difficult enemy patterns give the simple concept plenty of old-school arcade personality.
